Jr. Executive/ Executive - Store & Inventory (ICT Products)

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store and inventory functions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to facilitate easy retrieval and minimize damage or loss.
Generate invoices, bills, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, stock levels, and customer preferences to optimize inventory management and product offerings.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage, spoilage, or obsolescence.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operation and finance, to coordinate activities related to inventory management and billing processes.
Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and analysis on store performance, inventory turnover, and billing metrics for management review.
Update Odoo ERP System for accurate inventory management and billing processes, ensuring seamless integration and data synchronization across all departments.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
1-3 years experience
Experienced in using ERP software
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Can communicate well with others
Comfortable using computers and basic software
